Making exterior changes to your home:
Please remember that any exterior changes, additions, or modifications to your home must be approved by the Architectural Review Board (ARB) prior to commencing work. An external change application form can be downloaded here.Grinder pump issues:
Maintenance for Grinder pumps switched to Haynes Equipment effective Feb 18, 2011. Please see letter regarding transition and pump instructions. For problems contact Haynes 913-782-5013.
Boat and RV Trailer Restrictions:
Please keep in mind we have restrictions on parking boats and trailers in driveways and at the curb. Short term parking is allowed but should not exceed 10 days without notification of the HOA.
